These terms apply when you visit fourthsoilapparel.com or buy from Fourth Soil Apparel ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Fourth Soil Apparel is a trade name of a North Dakota limited liability company. Our products are designed in the Red River Valley and printed or embroidered to order by our production partner. You can reach us at hello@fourthsoilapparel.com.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product we can't produce), and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Made to order

Every item is made after you order it. Production usually takes a few business days before shipping. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Product details

We work to show colors, prints and sizing accurately, but screens vary, garment-dyed fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece, and measurements can differ a little from the size chart. Please check the Size & Fit guide on each product page before you order.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, size exchanges, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Shipping and risk of loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; see our Refund Policy for what happens if a package is returned or lost.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and offers (such as free shipping thresholds) apply only under their stated terms, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end or change at any time.

Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Fourth Soil Apparel or its licensors. You may share links and photos of products you bought, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs without written permission. Scripture quotations are from public-domain translations, credited where quoted.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with how it works, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Except where the law doesn't allow it, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
